Literature - Gelo Style :D

Literature is the art of written works. Literally translated, the word means "acquaintance with letters"...

I chose this definition of literature, basically because, it's the first one i saw, and i just want to get this over with,
i got this from Wikipedia (very common) so i guess a lot of people would be using this definition or they would decide that it's too common so they'll look for another meaning... Anyway, even though this definition is simple, it clearly says it all,
Literature is the art of written works, also, "acquaintance with letters", should i really say more, enough said...

Now, for my own definition, I chose the picture of a tablet, because just like what i said in class, i think literature is a recording of a person's/writer's thoughts that he/she wants to share with the world, well, this picture clearly is already literature, considering that the people way back then were already recording/writing stuff in stone...

Well, i guess that's it...
Literature for me is a recording/compilation of thoughts, ideas, dreams and desires of a writer that he or she wants to share to the world or he or she want's to keep track of...
